Burgess Assessments Pty Limited is Australian owned and has been established as an independent motor vehicle loss assessing company for over years. Our office is located central to the metropolitan area.

We offer a professional, prompt and efficient assessment service carried out by qualified personnel covering the greater Sydney Metropolitan Area and the Blue Mountains.

Our personnel have an extensive knowledge of the smash repair industry. We hold appropriate trade and professional certificates that had previously been established by the Motor Vehicle Repair Industry Council of NSW (MVRIC) and are also members of the Institute of Accident Assessors (IAA) of NSW.

The assessment is customarily carried out within 24 hours of our appointment once the vehicle is made available.

SAVINGS

SERVICES

We have complete claim services available; including sending letters of demand and attending to recovery aspects etc. We can provide you with streamlining of administration procedures and documentation to increase the efficiency of service delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and the minimisation of costs to you. We also offer an online image assessment service for outer country areas or minor repair assessments if required.

Another service we offer is the acquisition of traffic accident reports from the NSW Police Department. We evaluate those reports to help clear up liability.
